Dear TDR2 Residents,

JMB has acknowledged all concerns that raised during AGM. Apparently, some of them it's not within JMB authority to finalize the decision. Thus, JMB needs some time to sort them out with the appropriate channel's for the best resolution. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you.

之前各位在 TDR2 AGM所发表的信息jmb委员们 都一一记录上来，希望大家给jmb委员们一些时间。因为有些东西不在JMB委员们的权力范围，我们正在努力向有关部门争取他们的同意和授权我们实行一些计划来解决我们TDR2的某些问题。谢谢大家的理解与耐心等待。

NOTICE!!!!!!! UNWANTED ITEMS BLOCKING THE CORRIDOR & STAIRCASE

     A complain been submitted in which most of the corridor area are placed with unwanted  flammable items which is a hazard under the fire prevention rule . All unit owner are required to clear all or any items that is unwanted at their corridor are within a period of 14 days after which the management may have to make special arrangement to dispose of  items blocking the corridor & staircase area. "AS per clause 3.9& 4 House Rules stated Common area are not to be used for storage purpose."

The management request the assistance and co-operation of unit holder so as the safety aspect can be improved gradually. Thank you.
